A New Office for Slifer Smith & Frampton Denver

We’re excited to announce that tonight at the Glass House, Slifer Smith & Frampton Denver will open its second real estate office.  Just off the lobby of the Glass House, the office is replete with a load of tools to help tell the story of Riverfront Park and Glass House.  And, even better, we’re opening up by giving away pizza.  Really good pizza!  So, please, stop by.  We’ll be there from 5:30 until 7:00.

A Little Love from the Denver Post

The Denver Post had some nice things to say about the Glass House today.  Here’s part of the overview:

The Glass House gets credit for transforming Denver’s Riverfront Park neighborhood into an urban hot zone, with pedestrians and attractive retail. That’s a huge accomplishment for any building. But it towers over its neighbors along the park. Time will tell if the hulking structure is out of place in its low-rise section of town, or if it’s an invitation for others to reach higher.

I’d argue this isn’t a low rise part of town; the buildings next to the Glass House reach as high as 14-stories.  But, we still agree: we’re going high as soon as we can.  No reason to click through unless you’re just dying to make a comment.
