Gosh, They’re Fast
Just a few minutes ago, I got off the phone with John Rebchook, the real estate reporter for the Rocky Mountain News and all around good guy. Two minutes later, browsing by the News’ site, I realized they had already posted the story for which John was interviewing me.
Yes, tomorrow, we will be launching the sales effort for The Park ONE Riverfront. Our websites and brochure and sales center and floorplans won’t be ready until tomorrow, but in the interim, I’ve attached a few images of the project to this post. If you’re interested, contact us.

so is this going up on the other side of the tracks, behind glass house, between union station? what is the construction timetable looking like?

Actually, it’s not on the other side of the tracks - or maybe it is. I can’t keep track of which side of the tracks is which. 
The Park is located along Little Raven Street, directly across the street from Commons Park. It’s next door to both ONE Riverfront and Glass House.
