Moody’s Loves Us

First it was Barbara Corcoran making a gut call that Denver was one of the city’s that will lead the nation out of the real estate recession.  Now it’s Moody’s Economy using things like numbers and statistics and facts to tell us Colorado will be one of the first states to come out of the recession.  The money quote is this one: “If you want to be in the right place when the recovery starts, that place may be in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Texas or Washington.” Me personally?  I wouldn’t have included the word “may.” Click this link for the whole article and for a cool little tool where you can track the recession as it moves through the country like a cat through a snake.  It’s more depressing than anything, but someone’s been touching up on their coding skills.  Oh, and there’s nothing to see after the jump except for a bigger map with a legend you can actually read.
