Muscle Works

It’s not a myth.  Muscle weighs more than fat, but it also makes you lean and strong.  Hmmm, touch decision, build muscle or be a couch potato.

There’s a way to kick your mid-week workout slump and build that much needed muscle.  RAC offers back-to-back-to-back muscle classes.  Start Tuesday with Autumn, spend Wednesday with Brian and finish up Thursday with another class by Autumn.

Intimidated?  Grab a friend and ask Autumn or Brian to crank the music.  Working out is less scary if you’re rocking out to your favorite tunes.
