Time To Celebrate

Downtown dwellers live in a prime location for the 4th of July.  Easy access to the mountains, 16th Street Mall, Cherry Creek, Coors Field, the Highlands or your own patio.  Here are some ideas on how to celebrate this year…

Sporting Events. Check out the Rockies, Rapids or Outlaw games for cool beverages and fireworks.

Red Rocks. Our mountain amphitheater has a host of acts over the next couple days including Wilco, Blues Traveler, Lewis Black and the Colorado Symphony Orchestra on the 5th.

Commons Park and the 16th Street Mall. Nestle down with a burger and sparkler to enjoy the fireworks.  Lawn space in Commons Park disappears quickly so get there early to enjoy the display on both the 3rd and 4th.

Cherry Creek Arts Festival. By day, enjoy international art exhibits and cuisine.  By night, enjoy fireworks in the heart of Cherry Creek.
