Responsibilities
Chris Frampton is the Managing Partner at Riverfront Park, East West Partners’ urban neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.
Background
Chris grew up in Vail, Colorado. His first job in real estate was with Trammell Crow Residential in Charlotte, North Carolina where he worked as a development analyst in the design, construction, and management of class A apartments. From there he went on to Merrill Lynch Real Estate Investment Banking, where he was involved in transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. He also worked for Wells Hill Partners in New York, a boutique real estate banking group. Just prior to joining East West Partners, Chris was a salesperson in Austin, Texas for IMI Resort Marketing at a community called Cimarron Hills.
Education
Chris holds a bachelor of arts in English from Davidson College (1995). He also holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University (2002).
Community Service
Chris is the president of the Civic Center Conservancy, the group charged with restoring, vitalizing and enhancing Denver’s Civic Center Park. He is also a member of the board of the LoDo District, Inc. and the Riverfront Park Community Foundation. He is the former president of the board of Swansea Ballet and the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Center City Housing Community.
