East West Urban Management’s Concierge Services can provide residents with restaurant recommendations and reservations, concert and sporting event tickets, dry cleaning, veterinarian and pet sitting recommendations, personal chefs, and many other services.

At Riverfront Park we believe that giving back to the community is as much an indicator of our success as sales. Toward that end, we have created the Riverfront Park Community Foundation. This foundation receives, as a donation, 0.5% of every real estate sale in the neighborhood. These fees go to supporting arts and education programs throughout Denver. In the past year, the Foundation distributed more than $100,000.
