Railyard Dog Park Update: On July 6th they started importing and spreading the “dog play” sand & gravel soil mixture. This work, via Belair Excavating, will take until today, Friday July 9th, and final grading work will continue on Monday the 12th. Encore Electric has set the electrical meter for the park and starting on Monday irrigation work and concrete curbing throughout the park will commence.
