Why are they underneath the Millennium Bridge? They are the beginning of what will become a really cool new art piece by Australian artist Konstantin Kondimopoulos. Once completed, the piece will essentially be a giant red field of plastic grass that sways when the wind blows and reflects the echo of the trains as they couple.
