Momentum and Energy in Riverfront Park
It’s been an incredible few weeks here at Riverfront Park- so much energy and enthusiasm flowing through our sales center. We started taking contracts for ONE Riverfront, a beautiful building in the heart of the neighborhood, on March 11th and buyers signed 15 contracts immediately. The great news is that many wonderful homes are still available at ONE.
We also launched the sales process for the much anticipated Glass House this month. The response has been extraordinary.
As you know, buzz creates more buzz, and we couldn’t be more delighted. If you haven’t been down to the neighborhood in a while, please stop by for a visit. We’d love to provide you with an overview of our properties and future development plans, and also take you on a tour of our homes.
In the meantime, please feel free to browse a sampling of available homes in Riverfront Park below. And, as always, give us a call at 303.623.1500 or email info@riverfrontpark.com to schedule a showing or if you have any questions.
