Spring is here
What a busy spring it has been at Riverfront Park. As of this writing, Glass House is 93% sold. It is quite remarkable that in only nine weeks, we will have nearly doubled the resident population of Riverfront Park (once Glass House is finished and everyone moves in, of course). Our retailers are looking forward to increased foot traffic, Platte Street retailers will no doubt benefit, and we couldn't be more pleased about welcoming our new neighbors to Riverfront Park.
Ground broke on May 1, 2006 for the new home of the Museum of Contemporary Art - Denver. It will be located right here in Riverfront Park at 15th and Delgany Streets. The modern, beautiful building will take about one year to complete, and will add significant cultural energy to the area through exhibitions, lectures, benefits, workshops and more.
There couldn't be a better time to bring your clients down to the Riverfront Park sales center. A sampling of our inventory is detailed below. Feel free to give us a call at 303.623.1500 or stop by if you would like to know more.
