WOOD FLOORS FROM DENMARK
BEAUTY AND LONGEVITY

Recently, East West Partners – Denver decided to change the hardwood floors that will be installed in homes at ONE Riverfront. An exceptional product out of Denmark made by Junkers, Europe’s largest producer of solid hardwood floors, was chosen for its high quality, innovative clip system, beauty, and longevity.

Pre-finished floors, like the ones we’ve chosen for ONE, have a much lower risk of capturing imperfections compared to floors which are installed and finished on site. This means there will be no rough spots, no boot marks, and no delays in the completion process to mend imperfections that normally arise in onsite finishing. Ultimately, this results in a consistent, uniform, higher end product which translates into higher levels of homeowner satisfaction.

Two 5” wide board options will be available to ONE homeowners- Nordic Ash and Brazillian Cherry. The Brazillian Cherry (also named Jatoba) is the hardest species offered by Junkers. It’s natural red tone has a beautiful grain pattern. The Nordic Ash has an ultra matte finish for a subtle, neutral appeal.

Junkers offers a 25 year warranty on the finish and guarantees 9 lifetime sandings. Though the product costs more (we should note that the additional cost is being absorbed by East West Partners and not added to the price of homes at ONE), the end result is one that we are proud to stand by. But, don’t take our word for it. Come in and see for yourself. Our sales center is located at:

Interview

A Neighborly Chat

Recently, I had a nice chat with Matt Becher about living in Riverfront Park and why he chose to buy at ONE.

Celeste: You already live in Riverfront Park. What drove your decision to by a home at ONE?
Matt: The biggest reason we chose ONE is that we really liked the floor plans. The higher end finishes were a plus, too. We also really liked that the building has a private park and mahogany plaza. ONE isn’t a large building, and that really appealed to us. We wanted to keep the same neighborly feeling that we have in Creekside. It was important for us to get to know people in our building.

Celeste: How important was location?
Matt: I’ve lived in Riverfront Park for two years and absolutely love it. I love that we’re right next to downtown, but not right in it. It’s close to everything, but not surrounded by buildings like LoDo. We’ve got tons of green space and the river. And we also really love that we will have a view of Commons Park from our home. It will be nice to be really close to The Plaza and all the activity there, as well.

Celeste: Location was a driver, but what about the neighborhood?
Matt: It’s funny because it’s more of a neighborhood than where I grew up in the suburbs. I know the people at the coffee shop. I know the people at the wine shop. I know the people at the cleaners. And they know me. I really like that.
