A Smashing Success!
It could be due to the fantastic price point, or the great amenities, or even the spectacular views. Maybe, it's the great people of Denver who love downtown and want be a part of what is becoming an 18-hour city. Most likely, it's a combination of factors that led to Glass House being 98% sold in only 60 days! Nine homes remain in the building. That's quite a feat considering that the 389 homes at Glass House make up 49% of the total number of homes, spread out over 10 buildings, developed by East West Partners in Riverfront Park.

Riverfront Wine + Fashion Series 2006
The Riverfront Wine + Fashion Series was such a hit in 2005 that we did not hesitate for a moment to bring it back this summer. This well-attended soiree certainly makes the most of location with the Millennium Bridge lit up at night and the Denver skyline as the backdrop.

Each month, a different designer or boutique is featured along with wines from select regions around the world. DJ's dish out energetic beats and models slink along granite "catwalks." More than it being just a good time, the shows are a great way to meet and greet your Riverfront neighbors and pick up some fashion ideas from the experts. This year, all proceeds from the series will benefit the Railyard Dogs - a non-profit group of dedicated to raising funds for an off-leash dog park in Riverfront Park.

Each event runs from 5:30-9pm. Models begin walking at dusk to capture the drama of the "magic hour" and skyline lights. The 2006 dates are:

June 22, 2006
July 20, 2006
August 24, 2006
September 14, 2006

Construction Update

If you’ve been by the construction site recently, then you may have noticed that window installation on the South Towner is almost complete. The glass color is truly beautiful with hues of green and blue. And, the more glass that goes up, the more stunning the building becomes.

The North Tower is progressing nicely and is expected to top out in mid-July. That’s when we will really get a sense of the building’s presence. For a really great perspective, wander up to Lola restaurant in LoHi (the neighborhood just across I-25). Lola is at the intersection of Boulder and 16th Streets. Their patio is a great little perch from which to view your new home taking shape, and a perfect spot to consider Glass House within the grand scheme of Riverfront Park and downtown Denver. Be sure to order up some of Lola’s famous guacamole, which is made on a little cart right in front of your table. It is as delicious as the view.

Referrals

We've heard from many of you, and one message is clear. You're excited about your purchase at Glass House. Enthusiasm is contagious, so if you have a friend who is interested in purchasing at Glass House, please do have them give us a call at 303.607.7600.

We've toured the construction site and the homes that remain are some of the best in the building - almost all of them are on the upper floors with sensational views. With only 9 homes left, we might just have the perfect place for a friend, and time is of the essence. After all, what could be better than living in Glass House? Living next to your friends in Glass House!
