Riverfront is about craftsmanship. When we first began designing the
building, a fundamental idea stuck with us: take the best features of
every other building completed in Riverfront Park and turn them into
something special. It was in this spirit that ONE was created. Here are a few highlights:
Exceptional Hardwood Floors:
Nordic Ash or Brazillian Cherry by Junckers.
Custom European Cabinetry:
High-end kitchen and bathroom cabinets, custom made right here in Denver by General Casework, are available in a number of color and finish schemes.
Floor-to-Ceiling Windows:
Wood framed for warmth, sustainability harvested with care. With glass
being such a prominent feature on the building, every effort was made
to ensure that homeowners would get a window of the highest standard.
Interior Spaces:
Good design should make people’s lives better. And that’s exactly what we set out to accomplish in ONE.
Interior finishes are calm and crisp, yet warm and fun. Ergonomically
sound kitchens include ample storage for the home cook. Jenn-Air appliances, Italian backsplash tile (also found at MOMA in New York), and Caesarstone
countertops are of enduring character. Floor plans, with optional
fireplaces, are open and flexible. Homes are flooded with natural light
and great views.
Exterior Spaces:
Generous glass balconies preserve views of downtown and the Rockies. A
¾ acre private park is perfect for a barefoot Sunday morning stroll,
complete with fragrant flowers, soft grasses, and shady tress. A
mahogany plaza reminiscent of a backyard deck is also part of the
experience - a detail people love that is not often found in an urban
setting.
