The construction of ONE Riverfront continues at a steady pace. Window installation on the tower will be completed by the end of December. Additionally, all residences in the tower have been framed out. All architectural concrete has been poured and the exterior of the building will be washed and sealed in the coming weeks.

The Townhomes at ONE along Little Raven Street are also progressing nicely. Brick installation is underway and steel framing on the interior of the Townhomes will reach completion in mid-December.

The crane at ONE will come down in mid-March, along with the covered walkway along Little Raven Street in front of the Townhomes. Construction is expected to wrap up in April, with closings starting in May. We are looking forward to welcoming our new neighbors to Riverfront Park soon.
