Construction continues at a smooth pace on the ONE Riverfront site, and as of this writing the building is over 50% sold. Similar to most construction projects in the Denver metro area, ONE Riverfront experienced some delays due to poor weather conditions in late December, January, and early February. As such, our focus remains on completing residences as close to the original schedule as possible. Here are a few schedule highlights:

The Loft Townhomes are now enclosed and exterior work is approximately 95% complete

Exterior architectural concrete on the Tower continues to be washed and sealed

Clay tile installation on the Townhomes lining Little Raven Street continues

Planters on the mahogany plaza between the Townhomes and the Tower are now installed

Exterior stairs to the Townhome rooftop decks will be complete soon

The elevator in the Tower will be active in mid-April

The covered sidewalk along Little Raven Street will be removed at the end of March and a new sidewalk will be poured in front of the site
